Overview
This website is operated by Heirloom Haven Co. LLC, an Oklahoma limited liability company ("Heirloom Haven Co.," "we," "us," "our"). By visiting our site or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to make a purchase. Anyone younger may use the site only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

2. Products and custom printing
All products are printed on demand. Colors may look slightly different from what you see on your screen, and print placement can vary slightly from item to item. These variations are normal and aren't considered defects.

3. Pricing and availability
Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. We may limit quantities, discontinue products, or refuse or cancel orders, including orders with pricing errors or suspected fraud. If we cancel an order you've already paid for, we'll give you a full refund.

4. Payment and sales tax
Payment is processed securely through Shopify's checkout. Sales tax is charged where required by law.

5. Shipping, returns and refunds
Our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy are part of these Terms.

6. Intellectual property
All designs, artwork, text, graphics and logos on this site belong to Heirloom Haven Co. LLC or its licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. Buying a product gives you the right to own and use that item. It does not give you the right to reproduce, resell or commercially use the design.

7. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the site for anything unlawful, try to interfere with its security or operation, or scrape or copy its content without permission.

8. Third-party services
We use third-party providers, including Shopify for our store and payments and a print-on-demand partner for production and shipping. Their services are governed by their own terms.

9. Disclaimer of warranties
Except as stated in our Refund Policy, the site and products are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to a product or order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We're not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.

11. Indemnification
You agree to hold harmless Heirloom Haven Co. LLC and its owners from claims that arise from your misuse of the site or your violation of these Terms.

12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Oklahoma County, Oklahoma.

13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on this page applies to your use of the site and to any orders placed after it's posted.
