Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses in the United States only, including APO/FPO/DPO addresses and U.S. territories where the carrier delivers.
Production time
Every item is made to order. Please allow 2–5 business days for printing before your order ships. During peak seasons (such as October–December), production can take a few extra days.

Sticker-only orders: $2.99 flat shipping (orders containing only stickers, up to about 10 small or 5 large stickers).
Delivery time
Once shipped, most orders arrive in 3–5 business days. From the day you order, expect roughly 5–10 business days in total. Delivery estimates aren't guaranteed, and carrier delays can happen.
Multiple packages
Items in the same order may be printed at different facilities and arrive in separate packages. There's no extra charge for this.
Tracking
You'll get an email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.
Lost or stolen packages
If tracking hasn't updated for 10 business days, or it shows "delivered" but you haven't received your package, email support@heirloomhavenco.com within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We'll work with the carrier and reship or refund if the package is confirmed lost. We can't be responsible for packages confirmed delivered to the correct address, but we'll always help you file a claim with the carrier.
Holiday deadlines
We'll post recommended order-by dates for Halloween and the winter holidays on our site. Ordering early is the best way to get your items on time.
